Home Report Edinburgh are an Edinburgh based company who specialise in all aspects of Home Reports and Energy Performance Certificates. We supply our services to solicitors, estate agents, letting agents, private landlords and private individuals throughout Scotland.
We have a team of in house Chartered Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors who are all fully qualified and have local knowledge of properties in Edinburgh.

Home Reports
The Home Report consists of three main documents: the Single Survey, Energy Report and Property Questionnaire.
EPCs
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document that details the energy performance of a building based on the standardised way that the building is used.
Building Surveys
Previously known as a full structural survey, a building survey is the most detailed property inspection available.
It is different to a Home Report because it takes a more in depth look at the property's construction and condition.
